Rental Obligation. The parties acknowledge and agree that, upon full execution of this Addendum, the obligation to pay monthly Rent due under the Lease will become personal to each Tenant. The parties further acknowledge and agree that if any Tenant(s) is in default for payment of monthly Rent, Landlord will only pursue its remedies against the Tenant(s) then in default and that if the Landlord exercises any or all of its rights against such defaulting Tenant, such exercise will not affect the rights and obligations of the other Tenants, except as set forth in this Lease. The foregoing notwithstanding all other payment and non-payment obligations under this Lease ARE joint and several among all of the Tenants and Landlord reserves the right to enforce all of its rights under the Lease against one or all of the Tenants.
Rental Obligation. The LESSEE shall pay LESSOR a monthly rental sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), such sum being payable in advance by the 10th day of each and every month during the term of the lease.
Rental Obligation. Tenant's rent and obligation to pay rent shall commence on the Commencement Date defined in Section 1.01 above.
Rental Obligation. Subject to annual review for rent escalation, XXXXXX herein agrees to pay to LESSOR monthly, the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seven Dollars and Twenty One Cents ($2,707.21) base rent for each month, during the term of this lease. Monthly rentals shall be paid on or before the first (1st) day of each month, the first of such monthly rental payment (or proportionate part thereof, should the lease be effective on a day other than the first day of the month) being due on the effective date of this lease. The basic rent and such additional charges as accrued shall be paid by the first (1st) day of each month without notice, demand, counterclaim, setoff, deduction or defense, and without abatement, suspension, deferment or diminution or reduction by reason thereof, and, except as otherwise provided in this agreement, the obligations and liabilities of the LESSEE shall not be affected by any circumstances or occurrences, including:
Rental Obligation. Effective September 15, 2015, and every month thereafter, Lessee shall pay, without offset or deduction, the following amounts as basic monthly Base Rent for the Premises (which shall then include the Additional Space), payable in advance promptly the first day of every calendar month.
Rental Obligation. Tenant covenants and agrees to pay to Landlord at Landlord's address or place of business, above identified, or at such other place as Landlord shall from time to time designate in writing, rent in the amount of three thousand and 00/100 dollars ($3,000) each month, payable in advance on or before the first day of each month during the term of this Lease Agreement.
Rental Obligation. Commencing on the Lease Commencement Date, Tenant shall be obligated to pay and shall pay Basic Annual Rent (as defined below) and Additional Rent (as defined below).
Rental Obligation. WGHI acknowledges that pursuant to the terms and conditions of an existing lease agreement between WGHI and Morrell, regarding the premises xxxxxxd at 355 Northeast 5th Avenue, suitex 0, 0 xxx 0, Xxxxxx Xxxch, Florida. WGHI owes monthly rental for suites 2, 3 and 4, for the months of August through December 1996 and January 1997 in the total sum of $13,800. WGHI covenants and agrees to pay the sum of $13,800 as follows:
Rental Obligation.
