Rental Vehicle Excess. If during the Period of Insurance, an Insured Person rents or hires a Rental Vehicle in the course of the Covered Trip which is involved in a collision whilst under the control of the Insured Person or such vehicle is stolen or damaged and the rental agreement includes an excess (or deductible or similar condition) which makes such Insured Person liable for the loss or damage of the Rental Vehicle, the Company will reimburse him / her for the Rental Vehicle Excess chosen up to the maximum Sum Insured stated in the Schedule or subsequent endorsement(s) (if any). This benefit shall be payable once per Covered Trip. As part of the arrangement for the rent or hire of the Rental Vehicle, the Insured Person must take all compulsory motor vehicle insurance provided by the rental organization, against loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle during the rental period. Rental Vehicle Excess. If during the period of insurance the Insured Person hires a vehicle which is stolen, damaged or involved in a collision whilst driving or under the control of the Insured Person in the course of a Trip, The Company shall reimburse the Insured Person for the rental vehicle excess subject to the maximum benefit stated in the Schedule.
Rental Vehicle Excess. The Insurer will pay the Policyholder up to the amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits per incident (and GBP25,000 during the Period of Insurance) if an Insured Person is legally liable to pay for an excess or deductible amount stated in a Rental Vehicle insurance policy following loss by theft, collision or damage to a Rental Vehicle during the Period of Insurance on a Journey outside the United Kingdom.
Rental Vehicle Excess. If within the Operative Time an Insured Person sustains loss of or theft of or damage to a Rental Vehicle during an Insured Journey the Company shall indemnify the Insured for the benefit of the Insured Person in respect of the monetary amount that the Insured Person is legally liable to pay as an excess or deductible to that part of a Rental Vehicle insurance policy or any other insurance policy applicable to the Insured Person for which cover in respect of loss of or theft of or damage to a Rental Vehicle is in force up to the Sum Insured per Insured Journey shown in the Business Travel Specification. In addition to Section 6 - General Definitions the following Definition shall apply: Rental Vehicle shall mean any vehicle rented by an Insured Person under a licensed Rental Vehicle Agreement. Conditions In addition to Section 7 - General Conditions the following Conditions shall apply:
Rental Vehicle Excess. We will pay the motor insurance policy excess or deductibles incurred by the Insured Person up to the Limit of Indemnity stated in the Schedule in the event that the Insured Person is involved in a collision whilst the rental vehicle is driven by the Insured Person or the rental vehicle is stolen or damaged during the Covered Trip which makes the Insured Person liable for it. This benefit can only be utilised once during Covered Trip. As part of the arrangement for the rent or hire of the Rental Vehicle, the Insured Person must take all compulsory motor vehicle insurance provided by the rental organization, against loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle during the rental period. Exclusions under Section 6f)

  • Vehicle Allowance (a) Vehicle allowance for all kilometres travelled on the Employer’s business shall be paid to employees who are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor. (Also see Paragraph 2.9.)

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Rental Period (a) Renter has the right to use the rental vehicle (“Vehicle”) until the return date indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary ("Rental Period").

  • Private Vehicle Damage Where an employee’s vehicle is damaged by a student at a worksite or an approved school function, or as a direct result of the employee being employed by the employer, the employer shall reimburse the employee the lesser of actual vehicle damage repair costs, or the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to a maximum of $600.

  • Monthly Payment City shall make monthly payments, based on invoices received, for services satisfactorily performed, and for authorized reimbursable costs incurred. City shall have 30 days from the receipt of an invoice that complies with all of the requirements above to pay Consultant.
