Common use of REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within reasonable time after the expiration or sooner determination of this Agreement and delivery of vacant possession to the Landlord and after settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant for any arrears of rent rates and other charges and for any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the agreements stipulations terms and conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to he observed or performed whichever shall be the later.

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. 9.3 Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within reasonable time thirty days after the expiration or sooner determination of this Agreement and delivery of vacant possession to the Landlord and after settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant for any arrears of rent rates and other charges including reinstatement expenses and for any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the agreements stipulations terms and conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to he be observed or performed whichever shall be the later.. SECTION X REGULATIONS

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within reasonable time twenty-one (21) days after the expiration or sooner determination of this Agreement and delivery of vacant possession of the said premises to the Landlord and after OR within twenty-one (21) days of the settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant for any arrears of rent rent, management and air-conditioning fees, rates and other charges and for damages for any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the agreements stipulations terms and conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to he be observed or performed whichever shall be the later.

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. Subject as aforesaid aforesaid, the said deposit Deposit paid shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within reasonable time 15 days after the expiration or sooner determination of this Agreement Lease and delivery of vacant possession of the Premises to the Landlord and or after settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant for any arrears of rent Rent rates and other charges and payable hereunder or for any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the agreements stipulations terms and conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to he be observed or performed performed, whichever shall be the later.
