Repeat Infringers. It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Repeat Infringers xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx will suspend or terminate your access to the Websites if xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that you have repeatedly breached these Terms of Service. If we receive a valid notification from a third party in accordance with our reporting processes or applicable law that any of Your Content infringes the copyright or other rights of such third party, or if we believe that your behavior is inappropriate and violates our Terms of Service, we will send you a written warning to this effect. Any user that receives more than two of these warnings is liable to have their access to the Websites terminated forthwith. We will also suspend or terminate your account without warning if ordered to do so by a court, and/or in other appropriate circumstances, as determined by xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx at its sole discretion. Please note that we do not offer refunds to Members whose accounts are terminated as a result of repeated infringement of these Terms of Service.
Repeat Infringers. N21 will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of users that are determined by N21 to be “repeat infringers." A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had Content removed from the Service more than twice.
Repeat Infringers. It is EO’s policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances the Services of customers who are repeat infringers.
Repeat Infringers. In accordance with the U.S. Digital Millenium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, Company has adopted and reasonably implemented a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the User Accounts of users who are deemed by Company to be repeat infringers of Intellectual Property. Company reserves the right to terminate Your User Account if it determines You have engaged in repeat infringement of Intellectual Property when using the Services. In response to an allegation that You have infringed another’s Intellectual Property, Company may take any action it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, (a) removing or disabling access to Your allegedly infringing User Content; (b) suspending or terminating Your User Account or Your access to or use of the Services, in whole or in part; and (c) reporting any suspected unlawful activity committed by You to law enforcement officials or other appropriate parties. If Company suspends or terminates Your User Account or Your access to or use of the Services, You are prohibited from registering and creating a new User Account without Company’s prior written consent. Upon any such termination or suspension, all licenses granted to You hereunder with respect to the Services automatically terminate.
Repeat Infringers. QuickCarl will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of users that are determined by QuickCarl to be “repeat infringers.” A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had User Content removed from the Service more than twice.
Repeat Infringers. Supplier will promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined by Supplier to be repeat infringers.
Repeat Infringers. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. This process does not limit our ability to pursue any other remedies we may have to address suspected infringement.
Repeat Infringers bluebird will promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined by bluebird to be repeat infringers.
Repeat Infringers. Cognoa’s policy is to: (a) remove or disable access to material that Cognoa believes in good faith, upon notice from an intellectual property rights owner or authorized agent, is infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party by being made available through the App; and (b) remove any User Content uploaded to the App by “repeat infringers.” Cognoa reserves the right, however, to suspend or terminate accounts of users in our sole discretion.
