Replacement of Agent after Resignation. Upon receipt of notice of resignation by Agent, the Required Xxxxxxx may appoint a successor agent. If a successor agent has not accepted its appointment within fifteen (15) Business Days, then the retiring Agent may (but shall not be obligated to), on behalf of the Lenders, appoint a successor agent.
