Replacement of Schedule. 1 to the Credit Agreement. Schedule 1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and Schedule 1 attached hereto is hereby substituted in lieu thereof.
Replacement of Schedule. 1.2. Schedule 1.2 to the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with Schedule 1.2 hereto, and Schedule 1.2 hereto shall be deemed to be attached as Schedule 1.2 to the Credit Agreement. Immediately after giving effect to this Amendment and any Borrowings made on the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, (a) each Lender (including each New Lender) who holds Loans in an aggregate amount less than its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of all Loans shall advance new Loans which shall be disbursed to the Administrative Agent and used to repay Loans outstanding to each Lender who holds Loans in an aggregate amount greater than its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of all Loans, (b) each Lender’s (including each New Lender’s) participation in each Letter of Credit, if any, shall be automatically adjusted to equal its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage, (c) such other adjustments shall be made as the Administrative Agent shall specify so that the Revolving Credit Exposure applicable to each Lender (including each New Lender) equals its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure of all Lenders and (d) upon request by each applicable Lender, the Borrower shall be required to make any break funding payments owing to such Lender that are required under Section 5.02 of the Credit Agreement as a result of the reallocation of Loans and adjustments described in this Section 2.3. Replacement of Schedule. 4(g). Effective as of November 1, 2017, Schedule 4(g) to the NPA is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 4(g) in the form attached hereto.

  • Replacement of Parts Except as otherwise provided herein, so long as the Airframe or Engine is subject to the Lien of this Indenture, Owner, at its own cost and expense, will, or will cause a Permitted Lessee to, at its own cost and expense, promptly replace (or cause to be replaced) all Parts which may from time to time be incorporated or installed in or attached to the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine and which may from time to time become worn out, lost, stolen, destroyed, seized, confiscated, damaged beyond repair or permanently rendered unfit for use for any reason whatsoever. In addition, Owner may, at its own cost and expense, or may permit a Permitted Lessee at its own cost and expense to, remove (or cause to be removed) in the ordinary course of maintenance, service, repair, overhaul or testing any Parts, whether or not worn out, lost, stolen, destroyed, seized, confiscated, damaged beyond repair or permanently rendered unfit for use; provided, however, that Owner, except as otherwise provided herein, at its own cost and expense, will, or will cause a Permitted Lessee at its own cost and expense to, replace such Parts as promptly as practicable. All replacement parts shall be free and clear of all Liens, except for Permitted Liens and pooling arrangements to the extent permitted by Section 4.04(c) below (and except in the case of replacement property temporarily installed on an emergency basis) and shall be in good operating condition and have a value and utility not less than the value and utility of the Parts replaced (assuming such replaced Parts were in the condition required hereunder).
