Replacement Vehicles. The State may permit the Contractor to offer a replacement model or a replacement product line if the model series or the product line originally awarded is discontinued, replaced, or made unavailable by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Unit Price for such replacement shall be determined in accordance with Section III.7.4
Replacement Vehicles. 12.1. If specified in the Schedule, and always at the Company's sole discretion, if the Vehicle suffers mechanical breakdown as a result of negligent Routine Maintenance which renders it unusable for a period exceeding that specified in the Schedule, the Company may either (a) provide a replacement vehicle (which will not necessarily be of equivalent specification)(Replacement Vehicle) or (b) compensate the Operator up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) per day. The Company shall never be obliged to provide a Replacement Vehicle or pay any equivalent sum.
12.2. The Operator shall be responsible for the return of the Replacement Vehicle to the location at which the Vehicle has been repaired. The Replacement Vehicle shall only be provided until the Vehicle is repaired. The Company reserves the right to charge any cost incurred after the Vehicle is repaired.
Replacement Vehicles. Replacement vehicles shall be four door, air conditioned and unmarked. An employee may take his/her assigned vehicle to his/her residence after completion of his/her work schedule.
Replacement Vehicles. If a Broker's vehicle is out of service. it will be his responsibility to obtain a replacement vehicle a reasonable period of time. The Company shall endeavour to substitute such motor vehicle equipment as may be required to complete the transportation service initially undertaken by the Broker provided the Broker pays all costs associated with the substitution. the Company sells fuel to the Brokers, it will be sold at the price it purchases fuel at plus an additional two cents ($0.02) per litre handling charge. The Company pay a fuel escalator to mileage and hourly Brokers from time to time determined in accordance with the following formula: At the beginning of each pay period the Company will compare the price at which it purchases fuel at with the "base price", as defined below. For each full litre increase above the base price then in effect the mileage rates set out in Schedule shall be increased for that month by cents per mile rounded to the nearest decimal points plus (1.5 cents) per mile. For each full I litre increase above the base price then in effect, the hourly rate will be adjusted by per hour and such escalator shall apply to all hourly rates for highway brokers that month. The adjustment for the Standby and Wayfreighting rate will be I hour for each full I litre increase. The "base price" will be for the life of this collective agreement. The Company will pay for fax messages on presentation of receipt. The Company will provide parking at the Company terminals for Brokers at no charge. ordering a new truck, the 5th wheel height must be between 47" and 48' effective date of signing. All newly acquired or replacement vehicles must be equipped with or other similar collision avoidance devise where the Company believes that the highway miles will justify the expense. The Company will pay for and own the device. If the broker does not remain in service with the Company for one (1) year from the date of installation, the Broker will be charged towards the cost of installationand de-installation. All newly acquired or replacement vehicles must be tandem axle tractors. If they are intended primarily for domestic use they must be licensed to a minimum of Current Broker's vehicles may be grandfathered on request provided that the Broker is prepared to forego seniority on start time is the work dictates from time to time.

Replacement Vehicles. 3.7.1 In the event of a breakdown or other occurrence, such as an accident, which renders the Vehicle immobile or otherwise unfit for use, the Supplier shall:
3.7.1.1 provide a replacement Vehicle of at least the same standard. If it is determined that a replacement Vehicle is required, the replacement shall be provided within 2 hours. This Service is required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week,365 days a year (366 days in a leap year);
3.7.1.2 ensure the breakdown or road assistance package includes a provision to take the Driver and any passengers and cargo to their requested destination outside 'office hours' or to the Supplier's nearest depot or to the Driver's official business destination during 'office hours'.
Replacement Vehicles. In the event that the Grantor replaces any Vehicle which has suffered a Complete Casualty, whether required by this Section 7 or not, the Grantor shall replace such Vehicle with a vehicle (a "Replacement Vehicle") that is (i) free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens) and (ii) in as good of operating condition as, and has a value and utility at least equal to, the Vehicle which it replaced, as determined immediately prior to the Complete Casualty and assuming that at such time such replaced Vehicle was in the condition and repair required to be maintained by the terms of Section 6(b) hereof. Each such Replacement Vehicle shall become subject to this Agreement, and the security interest created hereunder, and shall be deemed to be a Vehicle and a part of the Collateral for all purposes hereunder.
Replacement Vehicles. If an Operator’s vehicle is out of service, it will be his responsibility to obtain a replacement vehicle within a reasonable period of time. The Company shall endeavour to substitute such motor vehicle equipment as may be required to complete the transportation service initially undertaken by the Operator provided the Operator pays all costs associated with the substitution.
Replacement Vehicles. In the event of accidents or breakdowns, the supplier should provide replacement vehicles promptly to minimize disruptions for the customer.
Replacement Vehicles. If an accident occurs that removes a vehicle from further operations prior to the end of its useful life, the City shall receive the insurance proceeds. If Subrecipient purchases a replacement vehicle of a similar type and of equal or greater value than the one damaged, the City shall forward the insurance proceeds to Subrecipient once Subrecipient provides evidence of its purchase. If Subrecipient does not purchase a replacement vehicle, the City shall retain the federal percentage share of the insurance proceeds and provide Subrecipient with the local percentage share of the insurance proceeds.
