Reportable Events. No such Employee Benefit Plan which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan has been completely or partially terminated or been the subject of a Reportable Event as to which notices would be required to be filed with the PBGC. No proceeding by the PBGC to terminate any such Employee Pension Benefit Plan has been instituted or threatened; and

Reportable Events. Provider shall notify OIG, in writing, within 30 days after determining that a Reportable Event exists, as follows:‌
Reportable Events. No Pension Plan or trust created thereunder has been terminated, and there have been no “reportable events” (as such term is defined in section 4043 of ERISA), with respect to any Pension Plan or trust created thereunder or with respect to any Multiemployer Plan, which reportable event or events will or could result in the termination of such Pension Plan or Multiemployer Plan and give rise to a liability of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate in respect thereof.
Reportable Events. At any time that the Borrower or any Subsidiary has a Pension Plan, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender, as soon as possible, but in any event within thirty (30) days after the Borrower knows or has reason to know that any Reportable Event with respect to any Pension Plan has occurred, the statement of its chief executive officer or chief financial officer setting forth the details of such Reportable Event and the action which the Borrower or any Subsidiary has taken or proposes to take with respect thereto, together with a copy of the notice of such Reportable Event to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Reportable Events. (a) Any Reportable Event with respect to any Plan, (b) the institution of proceedings or the taking or expected taking of any other action by the PBGC, the Borrower, any Guarantor, any of their respective Subsidiaries or any Commonly Controlled Entity to terminate, withdraw or partially withdraw from any Plan, and (c) with respect to any Multi-Employer Plan, the reorganization or insolvency of such Plan. In addition to such notice, the Borrower and the Guarantors shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent and each Lender whichever of the following may be applicable: (i) a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower or such Guarantor setting forth details as to such Reportable Event and the action that it, such Subsidiary or the Commonly Controlled Entity proposes to take with respect thereto, together with the copy of any notice of such Reportable Event that may be required to be filed with the PBGC, or (ii) any notice delivered by the PBGC evidencing its intent to institute such proceedings or any notice to the PBGC that such Plan is to be terminated, as the case may be.
