Reporting by Settlement Claims Administrator. Throughout the period of claims administration, the Settlement Claims Administrator will provide such reports to the Parties upon request by either Party, regarding the status of the mailing of the Notice Packets to the Named Plaintiff and Potential Opt-in Plaintiffs, the claims administration process, the receipt of Consent to Join and Release Forms, distribution of the Settlement Checks, and any other aspect of the claims administration process.
