REPORTING TIME - NOTICE. For the purpose of this Article, adequate notice is defined as follows: A. For camp residents, notice must be given at least one (1) hour before the designated starting time. B. For non-camp residents, notice m ust be given at any time during the previous day up to midnight. If an employee cannot be reached by the employer after making reasonable attempts to contact the em ployee before midnight, then the reasonable attempts of the employer shall constitute adequate notice.
