Common use of Reports by the Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year, commencing May 15, 2000, the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the HIGH TIDES such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
