Common use of Reports by the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after [______ 15] of each year, commencing with the [______ 15] that first occurs following the issuance of the Securities, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities such reports as are required by ss.313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by ss.313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
