Common use of Reports by the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Property Trustee. Within sixty (60) days after _______ of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Capital Securities), the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Capital Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
