Reports by Trust. The Servicer, on behalf of the Trust, (a) shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee within fifteen (15) days after the Trust is required to file the same with the Commission copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Trust is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and (b) shall also comply with the other provisions of TIA Section 314(a).

Reports by Trust. The Trust shall cause the Master Servicer, on behalf of the Trust, (a) to deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Backup Servicer within fifteen (15) days after the Trust is required to file the same with the Commission copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Trust is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and (b) to also comply with the other provisions of TIA Section 314(a). A copy of each report required under this Section 7.03 shall, at the time of such transmission to Holders of Notes and the Note Insurer be filed by the Sponsor with the Commission and with each securities exchange upon which the Notes are listed. The Master Servicer, on behalf of the Trust, will notify the Backup Servicer and the Indenture Trustee when the Notes are listed on any securities exchange.
Reports by Trust. (a) The Trust shall: (i) file with the Indenture Trustee, within 15 days after the Trust is required to file the same with the Commission, copies of the annual reports and copies of the information documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may from time to time by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Trust may be required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act; (i) file with the Indenture Trustee and the Commission in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission such additional information, documents and reports with respect to compliance by the Issuer with the conditions and covenants of this Indenture as may be required from time to time by such rules and regulations; and (ii) supply to the Indenture Trustee (and the Indenture Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Noteholders described in TIA ss. 313(c)) such summaries of any information, documents and reports required to be filed by the Trust pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) of this Section 10.03(a) as may be required by rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission. (b) Unless the Trust otherwise determines, the fiscal year of the Trust shall end as of December 31 of each year for purposes of this section.

Reports by Trust. The Trust will (1) file with the Indenture Trustee, within 15 days after the Trust is required to file the same with the Commission, copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may from time to time by rules and regulation prescribe) which the Trust may be required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; or, if the Trust is not required to file information, documents or reports pursuant to either of said Sections, then it will file with the Indenture Trustee and the Commission, in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission, such of the supplementary and periodic information, documents and reports which may be required pursuant to Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in respect of a security listed and registered on a national securities exchange as may be prescribed from time to time in such rules and regulations; (2) file with the Indenture Trustee and the Commission, in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission, such additional information, documents and reports with respect to compliance by the Trust with the conditions and covenants of this Indenture as may be required from time to time by such rules and regulations; and (3) transmit by mail to all Noteholders, as their names and addresses appear in the Note Register, within 30 days after the filing thereof with the Indenture Trustee, such summaries of any information, documents and reports required to be filed by the Trust pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Section as may be required by rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission.

Reports by Trust. Pursuant to Section 314(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trust shall: (a) file, or cause to be filed, with the Indenture Trustee, within 15 days after the Trust or Global Funding is required to file the same with the Commission and to the extent available to the Trust, copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may from time to time by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Trust or Global Funding may be required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act; or, if the Trust is not required to file information, documents or reports pursuant to either of said Sections, then it shall file, or cause to be filed, with the Indenture Trustee and the Commission, in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission, such of the supplementary and periodic information, documents and reports which may be required pursuant to Section 13 of the Exchange Act in respect of a security listed and registered on a national securities exchange as may be prescribed form time to time in such rules and regulations; PROVIDED that if, pursuant to any publicly available interpretations of the Commission, the Trust or Global Funding would not be required to make such filings under Section 314(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, then the Trust or Global Funding shall not be required to make such filings; (b) file, or cause to be filed on its behalf, with the Indenture Trustee and the Commission, in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission, such additional information, documents and reports with respect to compliance by the Trust, with the conditions and covenants of the Indenture as may be required from time to time by such rules and regulations; and (c) transmit within 30 days after the filing thereof with the Indenture Trustee, in the manner and to the extent provided in Section 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act, such summaries of any information, documents and reports required to be filed by or on behalf of the Trust pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Section as may be required by rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission.
