Reports; Information. 8.1. You will be provided with contract notes for each Investee Company transaction by Xxxxxx.
Reports; Information. That the Contractor agrees to provide the FA with timely reports and information as requested which includes participant monthly invoice payment requests. Additionally, Contractor agrees to provide the Title I Operator with monthly participant progress reports.

(a) For so long as the Purchasers beneficially own any of the Securities, the Company will use its reasonable best efforts to furnish to the Purchasers the following reports to the extent such reports are not filed with the SEC via EDGAR, each of which shall be provided to the Purchasers by air mxxx xr reputable international courier (within one week of filing with the SEC, in the case of SEC filings):

Reports; Information. Hymedix shall submit to ProCyte a written report no less frequently than every six (6) months which covers the then current technical status, the results achieved, the improvements and inventions made, the problems being encountered and other pertinent information relating to the Program. Hymedix shall keep, and shall cause its consultants to keep, complete, accurate and authentic accounts, notes, data and records of the research and development performed under the Program in accordance with established laboratory practices and in accordance with the directions of ProCyte for purposes of patent protection, publication, etc. At the request of ProCyte, upon reasonable notice and during reasonable business hours, ProCyte may inspect and make copies of such accounts, notes, data and records subject to Section 9. ProCyte may require that certain aspects of the Program and resulting Licensed Technology be kept confidential and not be disclosed to others, except in accordance with applicable patent laws. Any inventions, discoveries, improvements, results and data of Hymedix (including its consultants) from the Program shall become Licensed Technology under this Agreement. From time to time ProCyte may discuss and provide information (e.g., market information) to Hymedix in connection with the Program, which information shall be subject to Section 9.
Reports; Information. If requested by the Planning & Development Services Director, Permittee shall provide any such documentation/report as necessary to ascertain compliance with the Conditional Use Permit. The format, content and supporting documentation shall be as required by the Planning & Development Services Director.
Reports; Information. Reports and analysis furnished by NSL in connection with services performed shall become the property of the Customer upon full payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such report or analysis may be reproduced, in whole or in part, or communicated to, or relied upon, by any third party, without the prior consent of NSL. Moreover, in the absence of such consent, the Customer shall not specifically refer to NSL or its furnishing of any such analysis or report in any promotional literature or advertising.

To the extent that any report or information relating to the Fund received by you contains details of any investment positions, trading strategies or techniques of the Fund or the investment processes of the Manager, you shall not, and shall cause each person to whom you have disclosed information relating to the Fund pursuant to paragraph 10 not to, use such information as a basis for effecting or replicating any transactions, or for any purpose other than for your analysis of the performance of the Manager and/or the Fund, of the Fund’s compatibility with other investments you may hold, or for any other similar purpose for which you have specifically requested, and obtained, the written agreement of the Manager. Without limiting the foregoing, you represent and warrant that you have proper protocols in place, or will adopt such protocols, to ensure that information relating to the Fund will be protected against dissemination to other entities, or other groups, divisions and/or persons within your organization, including, but not limited to, persons that are involved in portfolio management decisions or any other entity, group, division and/or person within your organization that may use information relating to the Fund in a manner other than for purposes of managing the investment in the Fund. You agree that no person who has access to information relating to the Fund can use such information for trading purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, for Subscribers that are fund-of-funds, portfolio management divisions do not include the fund-of-funds division managing the investment in the Fund.
