Reports, Studies and Assessment. Prior to the Execution Date, Seller has provided Company with Seller's explanation of the methodology and underlying information used to derive the NEP RFP Projection, including the preliminary design of the Facility and the typical meteorological year file used to estimate the Renewable Resource Baseline. The independent consultant was selected from among the entities listed in Section 4(j) (Acceptable Person and Entities) of Attachment U (Calculation and Adjustment of Net Energy Potential) to this Agreement. Throughout the Term, Seller shall, for purposes of facilitating Company's forecasting, deliver to Company, promptly upon Xxxxxx's receipt of same, any reports, studies or assessments prepared for the benefit of the Seller by an independent engineer of (i) the electric energy producing potential of the Site or (ii) the Facility. SELLER PAYMENTS Seller shall pay to Company (i) all amounts pursuant to Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities), (ii) all amounts pursuant to Section 10.1 (Meters) and Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), (iii) a monthly metering charge of $25.00 per month, which is in addition to any charges due Company pursuant to the applicable rate schedule pursuant to Section 2.14 (Sales of Electric Energy By Company to Seller) of this Agreement and (iv) such other costs to be incurred by Company and reimbursed by Seller as set forth in this Agreement. Company shall have the right to dispatch all available real and reactive power delivered from the Facility to the Company System and to start up and shut down Subscriber Organization's generating units, as it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion, subject only to Company Dispatch and Subscriber Organization's maintenance schedule determined in accordance with Article 5 (Maintenance Records and Scheduling). Because the Facility must be available to respond to Company Dispatch, the Facility may not consume any energy generated by the Facility. Company shall not pay for reactive power. Company Dispatch.   • Screening and Assessment Grantee shall: 1. Comply with all applicable rules in the TAC for SUD programs as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines Information, Rules, and Regulations regarding Screening and Assessment. 2. When documenting a CMBHS Substance Use Disorder screening, Grantee shall conduct the screening in a confidential, face-to-face interview unless there is documented justification for an interview by phone. 3. Document Financial Eligibility in CMBHS as required in the SUD UM Guidelines. 4. Conduct and document a CMBHS SUD Initial Assessment with the client to determine the appropriate levels of care for SUD treatment. The CMBHS assessment will identify the impact of substances on the physical, mental health, and other identified issues including Tuberculosis, Hepatitis C, sexually transmitted infection (STI), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). i. If client indicates risk for these communicable diseases, Grantee shall refer the client to the appropriate community resources for further testing and counseling. ii. If the client is at risk for HIV, Grantee shall refer the client to pre and post- test counseling on HIV. 5. Grantee will also consider referring to the TRA Statewide HIV Intensive Residential Treatment facility to concurrently address medical needs and SUD. 6. If a client is living with HIV, Grantee will refer the client to the appropriate community resources to complete the necessary referrals and health related paperwork. 7. The assessment shall be signed by a Qualified Credential Counselor (QCC) and filed in the client record within three (3) service days of admission or a program may accept an evaluation from an outside entity if it meets the criteria for admission and was completed during the thirty (30) business days preceding admission.
