IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. The parties' rights, liabilities, responsibilities and remedies with respect to the Services, whether in contract or otherwise, shall be exclusively those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
