Request for Proposals and General Conditions. The DESIGN/ BUILD TEAM and DFCM shall be bound by their respective obligations, duties and rights as referred to in the Request for Proposals identified as “Announcement of Design/Build Competition for the Design and Construction of the Title of the RFP Document, herein after identified as “Announcement of Design/Build Competition” and dated Click here to enter a date, inclusive of all addenda, as well as the DFCM General Conditions (“General Conditions”) and Supplemental General Conditions (“also referred to as General Conditions”) on file at the office of DFCM and available on the DFCM website are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this Agreement. The Cost Proposal Form is hereby attached and made part of this agreement and is entitled Exhibit “B". It is intended that this DESIGN/BUILD TEAM's Agreement not reiterate all the applicable provisions of said Request for Proposals and the General Conditions and the fact that some provisions are reiterated herein does not lessen the importance of the provisions that are not so reiterated. Unless the context provides otherwise, all the definitions and interpretations of provisions of this DESIGN/BUILD TEAM's Agreement shall be as stated in said Announcement of Design Build Competition and the General Conditions. In case of conflict between the provisions of this DESIGN/BUILD TEAM's Agreement, the Announcement of Design/Build and the General Conditions, the following shall indicate which provision controls:

Request for Proposals and General Conditions. The DESIGN/BUILD TEAM and CITY shall be bound by their respective obligations, duties and rights as referred to in the Request for Proposals identified as CITY’s Notice of Invitation to Bid No. (“Notice of Invitation to Bid”) dated inclusive of all addenda, as well as the CITY General Conditions (“General Conditions”) attached hereto as “Exhibit B” which are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this Agreement.   • Request for Proposals A State request inviting proposals for Goods or Services. This Contract shall be governed by the statutes, regulations and procedures of the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.

  • Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. They shall be accompanied by the documents necessary to enable compliance with the request. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.

  • Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.

  • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • Specific Conditions If applicable, specific conditions required after a risk assessment will be included in Exhibit G. Grantee shall adhere to the specific conditions listed therein.

  • HHSC SPECIAL CONDITIONS The terms and conditions of these Special Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of the Contract. Capitalized items used in these Special Conditions and not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned to them in HHSC Uniform Terms and Conditions -Grant- Version 2.16.1
