Request of School Board Sample Clauses

Request of School Board. When the School Board is a party in a litigation, and an employee of the School District appears at the request of the School Board or as codefendant in a case against the School Board, the employee will be entitled to his/her pay and no deduction of any leave provision will be charged to the employee.

Request of School Board. When the School Board is a party in a litigation, and a Licensed Coordinator of the School District appears at the request of the School Board or as codefendant in a case against the School Board, the Licensed Coordinator will be entitled to their pay and no deduction of any leave provision will be charged to the Licensed Coordinator.
