Required Capabilities. The Contractor must provide the printing the printing and fulfillment services for the Office of Higher Education (OHE). Printed publications and brochures will be warehoused by the Contractor and ordered by XXX on an as- needed basis. The estimated quantity is 320,400 copies total. C) A statement from the subcontractor that their company carries the insurance coverages necessary and will provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance to the Responder before work is performed and to the State whenever requested. The State reserves the right to require any or all of the above statements to be included in the subcontractor agreement, request clarification to confirm subcontractor capability, and reject any response from a Responder that does not submit subcontractor agreements upon request from the State.
