The Operator agrees to comply with the Federal Clauses and, where applicable, include the Federal Clauses in each of its subcontracts without limitation or alteration. The Operator acknowledges that a failure to comply with the Federal Clauses constitutes an Event of Default.

  • Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws a. The Grantee and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. d. Any dispute concerning performance of the Agreement shall be processed as described herein. Jurisdiction for any damages arising under the terms of the Agreement will be in the courts of the State, and venue will be in the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County. Except as otherwise provided by law, the parties agree to be responsible for their own attorney fees incurred in connection with disputes arising under the terms of this Agreement.

  • State and Federal Law It is the responsibility of the Recipient to know and understand which State, Federal, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances are applicable to this Agreement and the Project, as described in Exhibit A.
