Required to Take Recall. A laid off seniority employee, if recalled to a job identical in rate to the job from which he/she was laid off within the bargaining unit, and provided said employee has the ability to perform the job, shall be required to take the recall. Failure to take such offered work shall result in loss of seniority and discharge.
