Common use of Requirement Two Clause in Contracts

Requirement Two. Each year of employ with the municipality should provide the employee with additional experience and knowledge that should be of benefit to the municipality and shall be a second requirement for movement through the salary grid. For employees that work only part weeks or for a portion of the year, the yearly benefit towards experience shall be pro-rated based on the number of hours they work.
