Requirements for Returning Products. No returns of any Private Labeled Products of any type (whether Defective Products, Damaged Products or standard Products) will be accepted by Company unless accompanied by a unique Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number, which Distributor may obtain by contacting Company’s Customer Service at xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and by providing the following information to Company: Lamin, LLC, 0000 X Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000. Distributor has to return the applicable Products within the deadline as set forth below after the applicable RGA is issued. Company reserves the right to refuse any returns that occur after such two-business day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RGA numbers. All returned Products must be returned in one hundred percent (100%) complete original condition, including all original bags and packing materials, to the following address with freight prepaid: EFVG’LA, BISA LLC, 00000 Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxx X000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Company reserves the right to refuse the return of unauthorized or incomplete Products and to return such Products to Distributor with instructions to collect all applicable freight charges from Distributor.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • DEMONSTRATIONS/SAMPLES 9.1 Bidders shall demonstrate the exact item(s) proposed within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of such request from the Owners.

  • OUT OF STOCK, PRODUCT RECALLS, AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS H-GAC does NOT purchase the products sold pursuant to a Solicitation or Agreement. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that notices and mailings, such as Out of Stock or Discontinued Notices, Safety Alerts, Safety Recall Notices, and customer surveys, are sent directly to the Customer with a copy sent to H-GAC.   • Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
