Common use of RESCUE PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

RESCUE PERSONNEL. a. The employee in charge of a rescue vehicle shall be designated and classified as a Rescue Lieutenant or Rescue Captain. On each Rescue Company one (1) Rescue Officer will be in charge for each of the four (4) platoons. Of the four (4) assigned to each Rescue Company, one (1) Officer will hold the rank of Rescue Captain. b. The driver of a rescue vehicle shall be designated and classified as a Rescue-Driver. c. The salary of a Rescue Lieutenant and/or Rescue Captain shall be the same as that of a Fire Lieutenant and/or Fire Captain and shall be set forth in Article XI hereof. The salary of a Rescue-Driver shall be five (5%) percent more than his or her normal rate of pay.
