Research Efforts. Each Party shall use good faith Diligent Efforts to perform the Preclinical Development Program, including its responsibilities under the Preclinical Plan. For clarity, it is understood and acknowledged that Diligent Efforts to perform the Preclinical Development Program may include staging the work on different Collaboration Targets as specified in and in accordance with the Preclinical Plan.
