Common use of Reserved Transmission Capacity Clause in Contracts

Reserved Transmission Capacity. 3.1 The entry and exit points of the transmission capacity reserved as set out in Section 1.1 are as follows: (a) Reintal entry point (hereinafter the “Entry Point”); and (b) Reintal exit point (hereinafter the “Exit Point”). 3.2 The volume of the Entry Capacity and Exit Capacity in each respective gas year is set out in Annex No. 1 hereto, but the actual volume to be made available is subject to the Condition set out in Section 4 below.
