RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. Janus will provide residential housing for clients in residential treatment with an average length of stay from 2 months to 1 year to pregnant and parenting women and their children, at Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Xxxxx will maintain a total of 8 adult beds and 8 children’s beds with an average 90% occupancy rate for county qualified clients. Janus will provide: County NNA clients: 1,940 bed days per year to 32 clients. To extend the units of service that are provided from public funding Janus will encourage County clients to participate financially in their own recovery by charging for residential services according to each individual’s ability to pay. No County client will be turned away because of inability to pay. CalWORKs clients: 201 bed days per year to 3 clients. Additional support services for CalWORKs clients will address barriers to employment. Proposition 36 clients: 120 bed days per year to 2 clients. Xxxxx will collect fees designated by the Court for Proposition 36 clients and provide monthly accounting to HSA and Probation. In addition, random alcohol and drug testing will be provided as ordered by the court, and ancillary services will be provided through referral or directly. Offender Treatment Program (OTP): 78 bed days per year. Xxxxx will collect fees designated by the Court for OTP clients and provide monthly accounting to HSA and Probation. RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. Generally, adult groups are housed in apartments and youth groups in residence halls. All beds are twin size. Cooking in apartments or residence halls is not allowed and microwave ovens and hot plates are prohibited. Apartment refrigerators remain operable, but stoves are turned off during the summer quarter. Apartments feature a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom(s). Beds in apartments may be raised 36-40 inches off the floor or bunked. Residence hall rooms may have one to four beds per room (may be bunked or lofted) and share bathrooms for 10-15 persons. Youth groups must furnish their own bed and bath linens, including pillows. All beds in your assigned housing areas must be used as configured. Conferees are not permitted to move or reconfigure beds due to liability and safety considerations. Any group found to have reconfigured beds will assume liability for resulting injuries or damaged property and charged a penalty, as well as any labor charges, to restore the original configuration.

  • Affordable Housing Owner shall set aside and reserve ten percent (10%) of the total multifamily residential units located in the Project as affordable housing units consistent with the terms set forth herein, for Income Eligible Residents earning in the aggregate no more than sixty percent (60%) of AMI. The published income limits will be adjusted by household size. The income limits will be adjusted annually according to the HUD published limits. To that end, no fewer than the number of multifamily units in the Project set forth in the table below shall, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Land Use Restriction Agreement (i.e., the “XXXX”) in substantially the form attached hereto as “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P and incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Schedule but which are defined in the XXXX shall have the same meaning herein as therein. Each Phase of the Project shall have no few than the number of Affordable Housing Units allocated to it in in the table below. The table is as follows: PHASES AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS ALLOCATED TO PHASE PHASE 1 446 PHASE 2 300 PHASE 3 240 986 PRO FORMA TOTAL MULTIFAMILY UNITS IN THE PROJECT 10% 99 TOTAL AFFORDABLE UNITS Each such Affordable Unit in a Phase will be made available for a period of time not less than twenty (20) years following the date on which the last multifamily building of a Phase receives a permanent certificate of occupancy (each, an “Affordable Housing Compliance Period”), to Income Eligible Residents as defined in the XXXX. Such requirements shall be referred to with respect to each Phase as the “Affordable Housing Requirements.” The foregoing Affordable Housing Requirements will be set forth in the XXXX in such form as is consistent with the then applicable practices of ACC for similar affordable housing transactions, provided that such form does not alter the Affordable Housing Requirements set forth in this Agreement, permits transferability and release consistent with Section 12.4 hereof, and does not increase the obligations of Owner, its successors and assigns. The current form of XXXX is attached “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P. Upon approval of a subsequent form of XXXX by ACC and review and approval by the Owner consistent with the foregoing, the subsequent form of the XXXX may be affixed hereto as “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P without further amendment to this Agreement. The XXXX shall be recorded in the Athens-Xxxxxx County land records in customary fashion upon the submission of the initial and Requisition and shall be recorded only against the applicable parcel on which such units are constructed. The Affordable Housing Requirements are part of this Agreement, and the failure by Owner to comply with same shall be an Event of Default under this Agreement. The Affordable Housing Requirements shall terminate with respect to each such Phase of the Project, respectively, upon conclusion of the Affordable Housing Compliance Period for such Phase as set forth in the applicable XXXX. For purposes of compliance with O.C.G.A. §44-5-60, the parties understand and agree that no XXXX will have a period greater than 20 years, but that this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of a XXXX if simultaneously therewith Owner does not enter into a new, replacement XXXX that extends for the lesser of 20 years or the period necessary that the 20 year Affordability Housing Requirements are satisfied on a cumulative basis.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.

  • EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY The Property is offered in compliance with Federal, State, and local anti-discrimination laws.

  • Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.
