RESIDENTIAL JOB DEFINITION Clause Samples

The Residential Job Definition clause establishes what constitutes a 'residential job' within the context of the contract. It typically outlines the types of properties or projects that are considered residential, such as single-family homes, apartments, or other dwellings intended for private occupancy. By clearly defining this term, the clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of work and the specific legal or regulatory requirements that may apply to residential construction, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over project classification.
