Residential Use Only. The Tenant agrees to use the Property for residential purposes only. The Landlord must grant written approval if the Tenant uses the Property for any other purpose.
Residential Use Only. The Room, VIU Student Residence property (which includes but is not limited to all VIU Student Residence buildings, parking lots and surrounding grounds, mailbox, telephone, or data connection) are for residential use only and may not be used for any commercial use except if the commercial use relates to academics (e.g. part of a co-op work position) and such use must be approved in writing by VIU on a case-by-case basis.
Residential Use Only. The Lessee shall only use the Leased Premises for residential purposes and such incidental activities related to residential use as are currently permitted by applicable zoning law. The Lessee shall comply with the Covenants and all other restrictions, including but not limited to rules and regulations which apply to and regulate the use of the Leased Premises.
Residential Use Only. To use the Property as a private dwelling house only and not to carry on any profession, trade or business at the Property nor allow anyone else to do so and further not to allow the Property to be used in such a way as to change its HMO licensing status.
Residential Use Only. Lessee shall use, and shall cause all occupants to use, the Leased Premises and Improvements only for residential purposes and any incidental activities related to residential use that are currently permitted by applicable state and local zoning laws. In addition, use of the Leased Premises shall be further limited by the restrictions set forth in that attached Exhibit D: RESTRICTIONS.
Residential Use Only. 3.8.1 To use the Property as a private dwellinghouse for the Tenant only.
Residential Use Only. Unless you subscribe to a service plan that expressly permits otherwise, you agree to use the VoIP Services solely in a private residence; in living quarters in a hotel, hospital, dormitory, sorority or fraternity house, or boarding house; or in the residential portion of a premises which is used for both business and residential purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree to use the VoIP Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes, however, you are permitted to use the VoIP Services to make business calls that are incidental to your personal and non-commercial use of the VoIP Services. You may not resell the VoIP Services. You expressly agree not to use the VoIP Services for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for any other use that results in excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential calling patterns. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the VoIP Services are being used in violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately and without Notice to terminate or modify the VoIP Services and to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred.
Residential Use Only. If at the time of a request for service the original consumer purchaser cannot provide a copy of the original sales receipt or the warranty card registration, the warranty period for the water heater shall then be ten (10) years from the date of manufacture of the water heater and NOT the date of installation of the water heater.
Residential Use Only. The Leased Premises and any Personal Property, Non-Approved Personal Property and Improvements thereon shall be used by LESSEE solely for residential purposes, and/or for limited home office purposes and rentals as described in Section A.1.1.c.
Residential Use Only. The Lessee shall use, and shall cause all occupants of them to use, the Land and the Improvements (as defined in Article VII below) only for residential use as permitted by applicable zoning law. In addition, transfers of the Lessee's interest in the Land, whether such transfer is the voluntary act of the Lessee or occurs by the operation of law, shall be subject to the restrictions contained in this Lease, including Articles X and XI. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing limitations, all other conditions and restrictions contained in this Lease, and any conditions and restrictions set forth in Exhibit E of this Lease are essential to the fulfillment of the charitable purposes of the CLT and are conditions and restrictions on the use of the Land intended to run the full term of this Lease.
