Common use of Residual Funds Clause in Contracts

Residual Funds. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Residual Funds” means Direct Service Worker Reimbursement Rate funds that are to compensate and pay required tax and other withholdings (state and/or federal) for Participant’s DSW/employee, that are retained and not spent by the Participant during the term of the Agreement.
