Resignation as Officer. Employee hereby formally tenders his resignation as an officer and, as applicable, director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries and/or affiliates, all such resignations to be effective as of the Resignation Date. Employee agrees to execute any documents reasonably required by the Company, and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, to effect such resignations.
