Common use of Resignation as Officer Clause in Contracts

Resignation as Officer. Employee hereby formally tenders his resignation as an officer and, as applicable, director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries and/or affiliates, all such resignations to be effective as of the Resignation Date. Employee agrees to execute any documents reasonably required by the Company, and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, to effect such resignations.

Resignation as Officer. Employee hereby formally tenders his resignation agrees that as of the Effective Date, he will resign as an officer and, as applicable, director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries and/or affiliates, all such resignations to be effective as of Company in the Resignation Date. Employee agrees to execute any documents reasonably manner required by the Company, and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, to effect such resignations.

Resignation as Officer. Employee hereby formally tenders his resignation as an officer and, as if applicable, a director of any of the Company’s , its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, all such resignations to be effective as of the Resignation DateJuly 1, 2006. In this connection, Employee agrees to execute any documents reasonably required by the Company, and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, to effect such resignations. Employee shall continue as an employee of the Company through October 1, 2007, as provided in paragraph 2 below.
