Common use of Resignation from Employment Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Employment. This Agreement and Employee's --------------------------- employment shall terminate if Employee voluntarily resigns from employment with ExecuStay. In such event, ExecuStay shall be obligated to pay Employee accrued and unpaid Base Salary through the date of termination and shall have no further obligations under this Agreement; provided that the terms of any award or employee benefit plan in which Employee participates shall govern the rights of Employee, with respect to any such award or plan.
