Resignation of Operator. Subject to Article 4.11, Operator may resign as Operator at any time by so notifying the other Parties at least one hundred and twenty (120) Days prior to the effective date of such resignation.
Resignation of Operator. In addition to all rights and remedies under this Mortgage, at law and in equity, if any Event of Default shall occur and the Trustee or the Mortgagee shall exercise any remedies under this Mortgage with respect to any portion of the Mortgaged Property (or the Mortgagor shall transfer any Mortgaged Property “in lieu of” foreclosure) whereupon the Mortgagor is divested of its title to any of the Collateral, the Mortgagee shall have the right to request that any operator of any Mortgaged Property which is either the Mortgagor or any Affiliate of the Mortgagor to resign as operator under the joint operating agreement applicable thereto, and no later than 60 days after receipt by the Mortgagor of any such request, the Mortgagor shall resign (or cause such other Person to resign) as operator of such Collateral.
Resignation of Operator. Subject to Article 4.5 (Selection of Successor), the Operator may resign at any time by giving written notice to the Parties, except that the Operator may not resign during a Force Majeure or an emergency that poses a threat to life, safety, property, or the environment. If the Operator ceases to own a Working Interest, the Operator automatically shall be deemed to have resigned as the Operator without any action by the Non-operators.
Resignation of Operator. Operator may resign at any time by giving written notice thereof to the Parties. Operator shall resign if it divests itself of all its interest in the Lease. Such resignation shall not become effective until the first day of the first full month following a period of ninety (90) days from the date of said notice, unless a successor Operator has theretofore assumed the duties of Operator hereunder.

In addition to all rights and remedies under this Deed of Trust, at law and in equity, if any Event of Default shall occur and the Trustee or the Mortgagee shall exercise any remedies under this Deed of Trust with respect to any portion of the Deed of Trust Property (or the Trustor shall transfer any Deed of Trust Property “in lieu of” foreclosure) whereupon the Trustor is divested of its title to any of the Collateral, the Mortgagee shall have the right to request that any operator of any Deed of Trust Property which is either the Trustor or any Affiliate of the Trustor to resign as operator under the joint operating agreement applicable thereto, and no later than 60 days after receipt by the Trustor of any such request and to the extent permitted by such joint operating agreement, the Trustor shall resign (or cause such other Person to resign) as operator of such Collateral.
Resignation of Operator. In addition to all rights and remedies under this Mortgage, at law and in equity, if any Event of Default has occurred and be continuing and Mortgagee shall exercise any remedies under this Mortgage with respect to any portion of the Mortgaged Property (or Mortgagor shall transfer any Mortgaged Property in “lieu of foreclosure”), Mortgagee shall have the right to request that any operator of any Mortgaged Property that is Mortgagor or any Affiliate of Xxxxxxxxx to resign as operator under the joint operating agreement applicable thereto. No later than sixty (60) days after receipt by Xxxxxxxxx of any such request, Xxxxxxxxx shall resign (or cause such other party to resign) as operator of such Mortgaged Property.
Resignation of Operator. In addition to all rights and remedies under this Agreement, any other Loan Document, at law and in equity, if any Event of Default shall occur and Agent, or its designee or representative, shall exercise any remedies under the Security Instruments with respect to any of the Mortgaged Property (or Borrower or any Subsidiary shall transfer all of the Mortgaged Property “in lieu of” foreclosure), Agent and the Lenders shall have the right to request that any operator of any Mortgaged Property which is either Borrower or any Affiliate of Borrower resign as operator under the joint operating agreement applicable thereto; and no later than 60 days after receipt by Borrower of any such request, Borrower or its Affiliate shall resign (or cause such other party to resign) as operator of such Mortgaged Property.
Resignation of Operator. Subject to Article 4.11, prior to engaging a rig, Operator may resign as Operator at any time by so notifying the other Parties at least ninety (90) Days prior to the effective date of such resignation. After the engaging of a rig Operator may resign as Operator at any time by so notifying the other Parties at least one hundred and twenty (120) Days prior to the effective date of such resignation.
Resignation of Operator. In addition to all rights and remedies under this Mortgage, at law and in equity, if any Event of Default shall occur and Trustee or the Mortgagee shall exercise any possessory remedies under this Mortgage with respect to any portion of the Hydrocarbon Property (or Mortgagor shall transfer any Mortgaged Property "in lieu of" foreclosure), the Mortgagee or the Trustee shall have the right to request that any operator of any Hydrocarbon Property which is either Mortgagor or any Affiliate of Mortgagor to resign as operator under the joint operating agreement applicable thereto, and no later than 60 days after receipt by Mortgagor of any such request, Mortgagor shall resign (or cause such other party to resign) as operator of such Hydrocarbon Property. Resignation of Operator. The Operator may resign by giving each of the Parties ninety (90) Business Days' written notice (or such lesser period of notice as the Operating Committee may resolve to accept) of its intention to do so.
