Resolving Discrepancies. Except as may be otherwise specifically stated in the Contract Documents, the provisions of the Contract Documents shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the provisions of the Contract Documents and:
Resolving Discrepancies. Except as may be otherwise specifically stated in the Agreement, the provisions of the Agreement shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and any other document describing the services to be provided by FIRM except as otherwise provided herein. If the provisions of any standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association imposes a more stringent standard or obligation upon FIRM than in the Agreement, the standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of such standard, specification, manual, code or instruction.

Aspects of the DESIGNER’s Proposal, if not specifically covered in this Agreement (and there are no inconsistent provisions of this Agreement to such aspects) shall be deemed incorporated herein as part of the DESIGNER’s Basic Services. If the provisions of any standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association if the standard, specification, manual, code or instruction imposes a more stringent standard or obligation upon the DESIGNER than in the Agreement, the standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of such standard, specification, manual, code or instruction.

Except as otherwise stated in Agreement, the provisions of Agreement take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and the Attachments and the provisions of any standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association (collectively ‘Other Standards’), provided that if any of the Other Standards impose a more stringent standard or obligation upon Professional than in the Agreement, the Other Standard shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Other Standard.

In the event of a discrepancy between the Conceptual Documents on the one hand and the Proposal or Drawings or Specifications on the other hand, the Proposal or Drawings or Specifications will control except when Owner has approved a Submittal pursuant to paragraph 6.17.B.

When an Enrollee’s enrollment in PEBB Insurance Coverage is terminated, or the Employee’s salary changes, Contractor agrees to update the change in the insurance system (e.g., Benefits 24/7). Failure to update the insurance system may result in Contractor liability for premium adjustments not made.

If Contractor determines that an invoiced amount does not match the amount to be paid by Contractor for a Coverage Period, Contractor must submit a Payment Discrepancy Reporting Form to HCA to correct Contractor’s account. Resolving Discrepancies. 1. The Contract Documents shall be interpreted together and in harmony with one another. In the event of a conflict between or among the Contract Documents or between or among the Contract Documents and any Laws or Regulations, whichever imposes the greater obligation on Construction Manager or contains the more stringent requirement on the Construction Manager shall control.
