Common use of Resource Nurses Clause in Contracts

Resource Nurses. a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at one and one-half times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 13 a. If a resource nurse works on one (1) of the holidays set forth in 14 paragraph A above, he/she they will be paid for all time worked on said 15 holiday at one and one-half (1 ½) times his/her their regular straight-time 16 hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 21 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 22 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 23 holiday at one and one-half times his/her regular straight-time 24 hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 4 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set 5 forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time 6 worked on said holiday at one and one-half times his/her 7 regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 17 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 18 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at one 19 and one-half times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.. 20

Resource Nurses. 22 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 23 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 24 holiday at one and one-half times his/her regular straight-time 25 hourly rate of pay.
