Common use of Responsibilities; Loyalty Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities; Loyalty. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Executive is employed in the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and shall perform the functions and responsibilities of that position. Additional or different duties may be assigned by the Company from time to time. Executive’s position, job descriptions, duties and responsibilities maybe modified from time to time in the sole discretion of the Company. (b) Executive shall devote the whole of Executive’s professional time, attention and energies to the performance of Executive’s work. Executive agrees to comply with all policies of the Company, if any, in effect from time to time, and to comply with all laws, rules and regulations, including those applicable to the Company.

(b) Executive shall devote the whole of Executive’s professional time, attention and energies to the performance of Executive’s work. Executive shall devote the whole of Executive’s 's professional time, attention and energies to the performance of Executive’s 's work.
