Responsibilities of Authorized Purchaser. If this Contract requires Authorized Purchaser to provide any information or resources, and Authorized Purchaser fails to provide the requisite quality or quantity of such resources or fails to provide such resources in a timely manner for a period that does not exceed fifteen (15) Calendar Days, Contractor’s sole remedy is an extension of the applicable delivery dates corresponding to the delay. If Authorized Purchaser’s failure to provide such resources exceeds fifteen (15) Calendar Days, and Contractor can show to the reasonable satisfaction of Authorized Purchaser, that Authorized Purchaser’s failure has resulted in an unavoidable increase in the cost of the Services required for the Statement of Work then Contractor will be entitled to recover from Authorized Purchaser the reasonable amount of such increased costs. Contractor's right to delay applicable delivery dates or recover for increased costs may be exercised only if Contractor provides Authorized Purchaser with reasonable notice of Authorized Purchaser's failure and Contractor uses commercially reasonable efforts to perform notwithstanding Authorized Purchaser's failure to perform.
