Common use of Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) When the Employer temporarily assigned an employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried employee outside of the bargaining unit for a period in excess of ½ shift, the employee shall receive an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each shift from the time of the assignment.
