JetBrains is not responsible for any: (a) payment failure resulting from inaccurate payment details provided by the Customer; (b) restrictions made by the Customer’s bank or payment service provider or processor; (c) payment gateway failure; (d) transaction, conversion, or other payment fees; or (e) misuse, abuse, unauthorized use, or fraudulent use of Payment Cards.
