Responsibility of SubscriberThe Subscriber shall be responsible for all remote access to and use of the County's databases and data compilations by the Subscriber's personnel or by means of the Subscriber's equipment or passwords, whether or not the Subscriber has knowledge of or authorized such remote access and use.
Responsibility of Subscriber. You are responsible for any misuse of the Service, even if the misuse was committed by a friend, family member, or guest with access to your Service account. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not use your account to gain unauthorized access to the Service by, for example, strictly maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password. You are considered the registered recipient of the Services, and you will be liable for any charges or fees incurred by the use of your ViaSat Equipment by anyone else up to the time that we receive your notice of termination, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. You may not assign or transfer your Service without our written consent. If you do, we may inactivate your Service. If your ViaSat Equipment is stolen or otherwise removed from your premises without your authorization you must notify ViaSat Customer Care Center immediately, or else you will be liable for payment for unauthorized use of the Service or ViaSat Equipment.

You must take steps to ensure that unauthorized access to the Service does not occur, such as, for example and without limitation, strictly maintaining the confidentiality of your Service login and password. You are considered the registered recipient of the Service until you terminate this Agreement, or the Service is otherwise terminated for any reason at any time, and you will be liable for any prices, fees and charges incurred by the use of your DISH Equipment by anyone else until such termination, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. If your DISH Equipment is stolen or otherwise removed from your premises without your authorization you must notify DISH’s customer service center immediately, and you may be liable for payment for unauthorized use of the Service or your DISH Equipment.
