Responsible Administrator. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s performance hereunder shall be under the direct supervision of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an employee or agent of the Grantee, who is hereby designated as the responsible administrator of this Project.
