Responsible Administrator. Xxxxxxx’s performance hereunder shall be under the direct supervision of Xxxxxxxx XxXxxxxx an employee or agent of the Grantee, who is hereby designated as the responsible administrator of this Project.

Responsible Administrator. The term “Responsible Administrator“ means the person, or his or her authorized designee, who is authorized to execute the Agreement, Change Orders, Field Orders, and other applicable Contract Documents on behalf of the City.

If this person is an agent of the Grantee, such person must have signature authority to bind the Grantee and must provide evidence of such authority.
Responsible Administrator. 226 Each building shall have an administrator responsible for discipline support. In the buildings in 227 which a principal and/or assistant principal is assigned, the principal or assistant principal shall be 228 responsible for discipline support; in situations in which there is not a principal assigned, the 229 superintendent shall designate an administrator in charge of discipline support and shall notify the 230 certificated staff within such buildings of the person so designated.
Responsible Administrator. 1. After conferring with the supervising administrator, the responsible administrator will report immediately to the associate superintendent, Office of Human Resources, the allegation made concerning a professional employee. When possible, the responsible administrator or designee will submit signed statements from persons who have knowledge of the employee or of the conduct described in the allegation.

The performance of the services required hereunder shall be under the direct supervision of Xxxxx Xxxxxxx- ta, County Administrator, an employee or agent of the Contractor, who is hereby designated as the administra- tor-in-charge of this Project. At any time the administrator-in-charge is not assigned to this Project, all work shall be suspended until the Contractor assigns a mutually acceptable replacement administrator-in-charge and the State receives notification of such replacement assignment.
Responsible Administrator. The performance of the services required hereunder shall be under the direct supervision of Xxxxx Xxxxxxx- ta, an employee or agent of the Contractor, who is hereby designated as the responsible administrator of this Project. At any time the Contractor wishes to change the responsible administrator, the Contractor shall pro- pose and seek the State's approval of such replacement responsible administrator. The States approval shall be evidenced through a Contract Amendment to this Contract initiated by the State as set forth in paragraph 16.b) of this Contract. Until such time as the State concurs in the replacement responsible administrator, the State may direct that project work be suspended.
