REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. 1. The present practices of agencies, departments or organizational units with respect to rest periods during the regular workday shall be continued, provided that each employee shall be allowed two (2) rest periods with pay of fifteen (15) minutes during each regular workday. Employees whose duties involve continuous operations where breaks cannot be scheduled shall take personal rest periods as schedules permit.

REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. 23.01 (a) The Company shall provide one ten (10) minute rest period during each half shift.
REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. (A) Unpaid lunch periods of at least thirty (30) minutes and no greater than one (1) hour will be established by the work center supervisor.
REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. All employees shall have a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period during each one-half (1/2) of the work day to be scheduled at the middle of such one-half (1/2) work day whenever this is feasible. All employees shall be granted an unpaid lunch period each work day. Whenever possible, the lunch period shall be scheduled at the middle of each work day. The lunch period shall not be more than one (1) hour in length.

Employees on the twelve (12) hour shift schedule will be permitted two (2) rest periods not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes and one (1) lunch period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes on each shift at times scheduled by the Company. All other employees will be permitted one (1) rest period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, and one (1) lunch period not to exceed twenty (20) minutes on each shift at times sched- uled by the Company.

(A) All employees shall have a fifteen (15) minute rest period during each one-half (1/2) work day to be scheduled at the middle of such one-half (1/2) work day whenever this is feasible. Rest periods during overtime work after quitting time will be granted in accordance with Section 11.3C of these policies. (B) All employees shall be granted a lunch period for each work day. Whenever possible, the lunch period shall be scheduled at the middle of each work day. The lunch period shall not be more than one (1) hour and except for continuous operations shall not be considered work time. (C) Except in case of emergency, when required to work beyond their regular quitting time, employees shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute rest period before starting overtime where it appears that they will be required to work a minimum of one (1) hour overtime. In addition, except in case of emergency, employees shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of overtime, and will be granted time off without pay for meals at reasonable times while working overtime. Secretaries and clerical technicians working in the police department will be granted a meal period at reasonable times while working overtime. This meal period shall be considered work time.
REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. 18.01 Every employee will be given a thirty (30) minute paid lunch break and one ten (10) minute paid break prior to lunch and one ten (10) minute paid break after lunch during an eight (8) hour shift.
REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. Under normal conditions, the work schedule of all employees shall provide a fifteen (15) minute rest period during each four (4) hour work period. Employees shall have a paid 30-minute lunch period. Employees must stay within District boundaries during the lunch break.
