Restoration following Separation. If an employee resigns from a full-time regular or 8 part-time regular position with the county in good standing or is laid off and subsequently returns to 9 county employment within two years from such resignation or lay off, as applicable, the employee’s 10 prior County service shall be counted in determining the vacation leave accrual rate.
