Common use of Restricted Areas Clause in Contracts

Restricted Areas. Unless otherwise contracted-for or agreed to by Art Works in writing, Member’s Building access does not include access to: a) the ceramics studio, b) any of the private studio spaces, whether or not they are in use by a private studio member, c) the conference room, d) the artist resource room, or e) the roof.
