Restricted Proprietary Hardware. Licensee agrees to purchase the following equipment and items exclusively through GEC or GEC’s approved vendors pursuant to the terms in Appendix D: (a) Gasifier mixers and atomizers (b) Gasifier pilot burners (c) Continuous pressure reduction system for slag removal from the gasification vessel. (d) Char recycle motive device (collectively, the “Restricted Proprietary Hardware”).
