Restrictions on Account. You understand that Bear Xxxxxxx, in its sole discretion, may restrict or prohibit trading of securities or other property in your account(s).

If we so restrict, suspend or delete, we will not have any liability to you or any other person where we have taken such action in good faith for what we deem necessary or appropriate reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide you prior notice of any such restriction, suspension or deletion, but our failure to notify you before the effective date thereof will not affect the restriction, suspension or deletion and will not impose any liability on us to you or any other person where we have acted in good faith and for what we deem necessary or appropriate reasons.
