Restrictions on certain works 16.4.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 16, the Authority shall not require the Concessionaire to undertake any works or services if such works or services are likely to delay completion of Bus Terminal. Provided that in the event that the Authority considers such works or services to be essential, it may issue a Change of Scope Order, subject to the condition that the works forming part of or affected by such Order shall not be reckoned for purposes of determining completion of Bus Terminal and issuing the Provisional Certificate.
Limitations on Re-Disclosure The Provider shall not re-disclose Student Data to any other party or affiliate without the express written permission of the LEA or pursuant to court order, unless such disclosure is otherwise permitted under SOPPA, ISSRA, FERPA, and MHDDCA. Provider will not sell or rent Student Data. In the event another party, including law enforcement or a government entity, contacts the Provider with a request or subpoena for Student Data in the possession of the Provider, the Provider shall redirect the other party to seek the data directly from the LEA. In the event the Provider is compelled to produce Student Data to another party in compliance with a court order, Provider shall notify the LEA at least five (5) school days in advance of the court ordered disclosure and, upon request, provide the LEA with a copy of the court order requiring such disclosure.

Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.

Restrictions on Use and Disclosure Except as required by Executive's duties hereunder, Executive shall never, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information or Inventions which are the subject of Section 7.1 without the prior written consent of the Board, except as required by law.
