Restrictions on TCP’s Processing of Client Data. TCP is expressly prohibited from processing any Client Data for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the TCP Services unless requested by Client or required by applicable law. TCP is prohibited from selling Personal Data under any circumstances and for any purpose. No other collection, use, disclosure, or transfer (except to Subprocessors in accordance with Section 22) of Client Data is permitted without Client's express prior written instruction. TCP acknowledges and agrees that it understands and will comply with each of the restrictions and obligations set forth in this Section 2.4.2.
