Restrictions on Trading. The Client agrees that GTJAF may, in GTJAF’s sole discretion and without giving the Client prior notice, prohibit or restrict his ability to trade Derivatives through the Client’s Account. The Client agrees that GTJAF is not liable for any losses and/or damages, actual or hypothetical, as a result of such restrictions.
