Common use of Restrictive Covenants and Assignment of Inventions Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Covenants and Assignment of Inventions. The Executive has previously entered into the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement as of July 14, 2016 (the “Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, and agrees to continue to honor the obligations and restrictive covenants set forth in the Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement.

Restrictive Covenants and Assignment of Inventions. The Executive has previously entered into the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement as of July March 14, 2016 (the “Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, and agrees to continue to honor the obligations and restrictive covenants set forth in the Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement.

Restrictive Covenants and Assignment of Inventions. The Executive has previously entered into the Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality, Assignment, Noncompetition and Inventions Nonsolicitation Agreement as of July 14February 18, 2016 2015 (the “Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, and except as expressly modified herein agrees to continue to honor the obligations and restrictive covenants set forth in the Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement.

The On August 1, 2017, the Executive has previously entered into the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement as of July 14, 2016 (the “Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, and agrees to continue to honor the obligations and restrictive covenants set forth in the Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement.
